RU Alum's Web Site Scores with D.C. Hockey Fans

Joe Krafty has a fever, and it involves a lot of redness. But Krafty's fever doesn't concern him. Instead, he's rather excited about it. There's no medical term for this spreading condition, but many, particularly in the Washington, D.C. area, refer to it as Caps Fever.

Krafty, a 2000 RU graduate who now works as a campaign manager in the Launch, Traffic and Production division of AOL, grew up in Maryland, just outside of the District. It was there that he developed a love for the Washington Capitals hockey team. Several months ago, Krafty and a handful his co-workers decided to take their water cooler chats about their favorite team to the public by developing an interactive Web site devoted to the Capitals.
