New River Valley

With the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains as the premier attraction of the Valley, to its many scenic trails and parks, the New River Valley has it all. The City of Radford, along with Christiansburg, Blacksburg, Pulaski, Giles, and Floyd, offer fantastic getaways that students are encouraged to explore while living in the NRV area. The New River Valley Mall, surrounding shopping districts and a 14 theatre movie complex offers great primer shopping and entertainment for the region. Also, the Roanoke Valley offers even more entertainment and shopping options for those students who decide to make the 45 mile trip north on Interstate 81.
