Disability Resources Office
The Disability Resources Office (DRO) is a full-service office prepared to meet the needs of students with diverse disabilities. As a student with a documented disability, the DRO can provide assistance for physical, learning, psychiatric, medical, and temporary disabilities such as illness, surgery or broken bones.
The DRO coordinates services with other departments on campus as well as in the community to ensure a holistic approach to serving students. Academic accommodations include books on tape, environment for exam taking, extended time for tests, scribe, note takers, sign language interpreter, reader, and technology assistants. Accommodations beyond the class room, include residential hall accommodations , service animal accommodations, and parking access.
All students with a documented disability are encouraged to register with the DRO.
