The College of Science and Technology, founded in July 2007, draws from the mutual strengths and partnership opportunities that exist among mathematics, technology and natural science departments which lead to innovative approaches to learning. Our faculty members are passionate about mentoring students, engaging students in original research and nurturing them through the presentation and publication process. Students can choose from study abroad destinations ranging from the North Pole to the U.S. Virgin Islands and receive advice on the application process for professional schools, graduate schools and prestigious national honors including the Goldwater and Udall Scholarships. Many of our current students are exemplary role models of success in academic, athletic, leadership and service endeavors and many are members of various academic honor societies.
